We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by stunning mountains and nature. The room we stayed in had a spacious layout and offered a magnificent view of the Alps. We were even treated to a magical illumination event nearby, thanks to the hotel's free shuttle service. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service from the moment we arrived. They were knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to our needs.

The hotel's location close to nature was an added bonus. The presence of a full kitchen was a major advantage, allowing us to prepare meals for our child with severe food allergies. The staff's kindness and willingness to assist us, even going out of their way to guide us to the onsen, left a lasting impression.

Great view of the mountains and nice shuttle service to nearby attractions. Room was clean and spacious, and the food was delicious with many local specialties. The onsen was relaxing and well-maintained with many different pools.

Location was quite remote and not easily accessible by public transportation. Staff was not very friendly or helpful, and there were long waits for check-in and check-out.

We stayed in a hotel with the most magnificent view of the Japanese Alps, the view certainly took our breath away. the room was spacious with amazing facilities. the hotel offers a wonderful Illumination experience, which was just 15 minutes away from the hotel. We were able to take their shuttle bus that was free and go there at minimal cost.

The staff could be a little more welcoming and hospitable. the futons were not prepared for us and we had to do it ourselves, which was a hassle, contrary to other hotels where they do it foryou.
